By downloading or using RouteGlow, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.
Use of the App
RouteGlow is provided for personal, non-commercial use. You may use the app to visualize your workout history and share heatmap images. You may not use the app for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms.
In-App Purchases
RouteGlow offers a one-time Pro upgrade through Apple's In-App Purchase system. Purchases are:
- Processed by Apple, not by RouteGlow
- Subject to Apple's terms and refund policies
- Restorable on any device signed in with the same Apple ID
Intellectual Property
RouteGlow and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by RouteGlow and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Disclaimer
RouteGlow is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted. Your use of the app is at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall RouteGlow be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the app.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
